Animal Crossing Anime

The great success of Nintendo’s Animal Crossing, which has now sold over 3 million copies in Japan, has sparked a new deal; an Anime. The film has no name, and no real information announced about it, except that it will come out in December. Jouji Shimura, a famed director, will be directing the film. The game development team will also be on the movie’s creation, so nothing is lost from the essence of Animal Crossing. No release outside of the land of the rising sun has been announced.
