Leaked PS3 Q&A

An internal SCEE Q&A has leaked. It explains several things and suggest what the PS3 might have in the future, like larger hard drives. It also includes the business strategy Sony has laid out.
A couple of headlines from the Q&A:
1. The console will start manufacturing this summer.
2. Only the black model will be available at launch.
3. The online service will be ready at launch. The basic service will be free.
4. The PS3 system noise is at 29 dB (equivalent to slim-line PS2).
