EA’s arcade style basketball game NBA Street is headed to the next-gen platforms, but no current get versions are planned. Unlike the big brother, NBA Live, which sees a new version in the stores every fall, NBA Street has no regular release schedule.

The next edition is planned for a spring 2007 release, but has not yet been named. It will use the same arcade 3on3 style gameplay, with crazy dunks, tricks and combos. An EA representative has confirmed to GameSpot that it’s only planned to release on the Xbox360 and the PlayStation 3.
