Adam Sandler Donates PlayStations To Israel
I stumbled upon this over at Digg, apparently actor Adam Sandler will donate 400 Sony PlayStations to the Israeli families whose homes were damaged during the recent war with Lebanon. That’s exactly what you need in a crisis like this, videogames.
Sandler is one of many Hollywood personalities to donate to Israel, thanks to Ehud Danoch, Israel‘s consul general in Los Angeles, whose job is to “describe damage sustained by Israel and to explain the country’s position on the current cease-fire and threats posed by Hizbullah and other regional forces”.
I bet if the Lebanese had that lobbying power, they would get tons of PlayStations.
While were at it, Mr. Sandler, how about donating a thing or two to the Lebanese people? Like, say, food? Water? Medicine?
