One Shot Waiting For PlayStation 3

Forget about the little incident in Kentucky where PS3 campers were shot with BB guns, in Connecticut, two gunmen tried to rob people waiting in line for the PS3, one of them resisted, and got shot. The person is now at the hospital, condition is unknown.
The incident happened early Friday in front of a Wall-Mart, where a crowd gathered in order to secure a PS3 on launch day, naturally robbers thought they had plenty of cash on them (at least $500 for a PS3), and decided to go for it. Yesterday a riot-like incident forced a Wall-Mart to shut down in Palmdale California, where people apparently couldn’t wait any longer and stormed the store. Well, the wait is almost over, as the PS3 launches today.

…didn’t anuban say this will happen, although gamer’s will generally have a good christmas since there are so many new games for pc such as medieval2, the wii is coming out, the 360 has some new games. its good times this year end tbh, except for ps3 huggers.

Yes I did … and sadly enough huh? Well at least it is just about over and I don’t believe any such thing will happen with the Wii … being it is so much less expensive. Viva la Wii!
It’s not quite good times ahead yet as the price gouging is about to start in earnest … but soon by next weekend or so things should be back on track for us all to have a pleasant video game filled Holiday season.

I grew up on the South Side of Chicago … I went to Cal-Berkeley during the South African Aparthied and shanty town days and participated in a couple of sit ins … I’ve lived in Bern Switzerland and traveled around Europe … I’ve lived in New Orleans and I have lived next to Napa in the Bay Area. Now I live close to Elk Grove near Sacramento. So if there is anybody that has a BROAD understanding or racism it is yours truly. I have literally seen it all.
And the reason I answered this is because I was puzzled that you were still addressing me in your latest posts as if you hadn’t offended me and things were civil between us. So I just wanted to set the record straight.

I respect that Anuban but you of all people should know that there is a problem with 2day’s black youth. There is a connection between the PS3 launch and niggaz wanting it. You should also know that some black people call other black people niggaz (another problem I’m trying to correct). I grew up listening to N.W.A, Ice-T, and them so I’m sorry if I break out the N-bomb.

Which is why I can’t believe you would use the N-Bomb publicly when you know how sad the situation among young black men is and you yourself said you are trying to correct the problem but you just used the word again … and I don’t care how you spell it it’s still highly innappropriate, ignorant, disgusting and insulting.
And by the way I was listening to all the same groups when they first hit and yeah my friends and I were calling eachother that as well so I know EXACTLY of what you speak. But you see that it is possible to change and mature to the point where using that word is just anathem to who you are.
