Another Sony PR Disaster

A marketing firm hired by Sony started a blog called alliwantforxmasisapsp.com, pretending to be gamers wanting a PSP for Christmas. In a recent blog post, they say,

consider us your own personal psp hype machine, here to help you wage a holiday assault on ur parents, girl, granny, boss – whoever – so they know what you really want.

The video above shows one of the marketers rap about wanting a PSP. You’re now warned. Oh, and by the way, if you wanna take a look at who is behind this crap, check their website (Zipatoni Marketing). Make sure you check out some of their smart catch-phrases, like “Active consumers, Activating consumers”.
