Halo 3 Beta Invites With Crackdown
December 28th, 2006 by George Lester-Pearson in News
When it was announced that beta invites would be available for Halo 3 starting this month, the excitement which came as a result was inevitable, with fans wanting to get a chance to play as master chief before official release. However, the announcement also came with the understanding that invitations would be in limited supply. An advert for crackdown appearing in the latest issue of Gamepro, suggests another way of getting an invite; buy Crackdown for the Xbox 360, which according to the advert comes with a free invite. The offer does say that it is for a limited time only.

I was already getting Crackdown … it is great to see a game with a heroic black man (with some kick azz super powers to boot) as the lead so it should come as no surprise to anyone here who has been reading some of my posts that I am all over this game. As far as the Halo 3 beta invitation that is cool as well although I signed up the day the Halo3.com website went live and I am hoping against all odds that I will be among the lucky ones who are chosen. But even I am not I’ll be having plenty of fun with Crackdown and the other cool games coming before Halo 3 gets released in November. Man oh man is 2007 going to be another great year for gamers. And yes it is going to be expensive as well.

I’ve seen videos and read preies of Crackdown, seems like Saint’s Row with online co-op
Kidding, the game looks pretty good, futuristic GTA, why not? It’ll keep me busy until GTA 4 arrives.
