Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Ships 5 Million

Pokemon Diamond/Pearl is the fastest selling game on the DS, where each game sold more than a million copies on launch day. Now, Famitsu reports that over 5 million Pokemon games have been shipped to retailers, indicating the huge demand for the games. Both titles will be released in the US on April 22, well over 6 months after the Japanese release.
[Update] The latest sales figures from Media Create show that Pokemon Diamond has sold 2,3 million copies, while Pokemon Pearl has sold 1,9 million.
