Final Fantasy Themed DS Coming

Nintendo and Square Enix have revealed that a Final Fantasy themed DS Lite will be released in Japan on April 26, 2007, coinciding with the release of Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings. Last year Nintendo released two Pokemon themed DS Lites that sold a million units combined during the first 24 hours, and although the FF labeled DS Lites probably won’t be selling that many units, they’ll certainly be popular among Japanese gamers. There are no plans of releasing the limited edition DS Lites outside of Japan.
