For British Eyes Only, borrowed from Arrested Development, would be the appropriate phrase right now. The Brits don’t often tip their hand in the form of solid numbers, but a mole has been kind enough to leak the information, which makes for an interesting discovery.

The PS3 certainly set a record with it’s 135 000 sales, but it’s also trying to bottom out as quickly as possible. 34 000 units were moved in the second week, which although seemingly troubling was put off, but again those sales have fallen to a mere 17 000 units. While we know the stock from the launch is no where near sold out yet, Wii’s which remain hard to come by managed to move 25 000 units.

Oh, and just in case you were concerned, they have already caught the mole red handed. Never mess with the Brits.
