This post at GoNintendo may be the classic example of jumping the gun, but in the most recent Nintendo Power sweepstakes, the magazine has asked its readers some questions in order to qualify. It may just be some general marketing research, or someone playing a cruel joke, but the series of questions has some people hoping for the best.

As if anyone in their right mind would answer anything but extremely interested for question C (this is a questionnaire to Nintendo Power subscribers after all) the possibilities are now out there. Even something like the new Metroid Channel Nintendo snuck into our laps has us aware of what could possibly be coming down the pipe. We know Wiiware is already set for 2008, and Reggie hinted at a big channel coming out in September (that isn’t Everybody Votes), could this possibly be it?

It would after all be a great time to throw up a demo of Mario Galaxy, unfortunately for the moment we can only hope and pray Nintendo takes the lead of Xbox on this one.
