Yakuza 2 in America

Remember the recently released Yakuza 3 screenshots? Wondering where the second game went? Wonder no more! Sega has announced at TGS that they are bringing Yakuza 2 to North America sometime next year.
Already released in Japan in December 2006 as Ryu go Gotoka 2, the game was not released in Western territories as the first game was a commercial disaster for the company. However, Sega hopes the sequel will appeal more to gamers as it is “fully upgraded”, having Kazuma come back for more chatting up the ladies, 5-on-1 fights, and more. This time around, players are to prevent a full-scale gang war from happening in the world since he retired in the first game.
