Saints Row 2 Officially Announced

THQ has officially announced the successor to the 2006 GTA-look-a-like Saints Row. The game will “feature several improvements” and will be released on the Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2008. Some of the additions will include online co-op and fully customizable characters. The world will also be considerably bigger than last time, and players will have the opportunity to drive motorcycles and boats, in addition to lots and lots of cars, naturally.
