Activision Goes Bizarre

In a surprising bit of news, Bizarre Creations, the developers of Xbox-exclusive Project Gotham Racing series and Geometry Wars, announced that they have been acquired by Activision.
The announcement notes that this is not because of financial woes on part of the company and that they will not become “Activision Liverpool”. All employees of the company will remain, with the administration staying in place. Also, development teams will now move onto new games, whilst their shared technology team will take their experience and tech no new levels and new formats.
The update also reveals that they are working on a racing game and a character-based game for the publisher, though no exact details were served.
