Spore Coming to Wii
About two years ago when my Dell laptop died I switched to an Apple computer and have loved it ever since. Watching teasers and trailers for Spore however made me regret my decision a little. Any regrets or second thoughts have now been banished as today Will Wright announced that Spore will be coming to the Wii. Mr. Wright has an interesting and likely controversial perspective on the Wii, considering it the only true next-gen system. This is likely the reason that Wii is the only console that Spore will be coming out on as the game has been so long in development partially due to Mr. Wright’s desire to make the game appealing and playable for both casual and hardcore gamers alike. While the PC version of the game is due out next year there isn’t even a loose timeline for the Wii version’s release.
