It seems like the Hot Coffee scandal all over again: some hackers have uncovered a way to enable the purposefully disabled content in the PSP version of Manhunt 2. Released just yesterday, hackers edited a file from the game’s file, allowing players on the portable to experience the uncensored version of the game that was originally rated Adults Only and denied release.
However, it is quite difficult to get the hack going – one must install homebrew supporting firmware on the PSP, copy the game data from the UMD, edit a file, and then boot the game from the Memory Stick.
How this affects the game’s release on the PS2 and Wii is yet to be seen.
