As expected, the toolset that allows Unreal Tournament 3 mods to run on the PS3 version of the game has been released by Epic. It is a small 2.24MB download that can be grabbed from FilePlanet; it requires the installation of the first UT3 PC patch.
To have mods run on the PS3, mod authors must use UnrealScript code with no imported models or sounds. Epic has an official guide up for those interested.
