Bandai Namco announced that they’ll be bringing their newest game in the Dynasty Warriors franchise to the PS2. Dynasty Warriors Gundam takes a giant leap into the future and instead of mystical warriors with funky hairdos, you’ll be in control of giant machines piloted by warriors with funky hairdos. The game is set to release in Japan on Feb. 28th, with the PS2 port bringing more mobile suits and missions. It’s doubtful that any of the character art will be updated however, leaving the game with the problem of having crisp, dramatic artwork of newer characters contrasting rather badly with the comparatively amateur art of earlier characters.
