XBLA: Rez HD and Chessmaster Live
This Wednesday’s XBLA update has been officially announced, and includes over the top Rez HD, and for the more reserved among us, Chessmaster, but this time online! Yes, you can play a relaxing but in some respects rousing game of chess, or partakes in the incredibly addictive and trippy Rez. Chessmaster goes without explanation basically, it will run you 10 dollars or 800 MS points, and it’s the same old chess you’ve been playing for years, although it might garner some attention when you aren’t simply playing against the computer generated chess master.
Rez however, also 10 dollars or 800 MS points, belongs in a class of its own, one of those cult hit Dreamcast games of yonder makes a return with an HD, but still seizure inducing upgrade. Take a gander at the above video to get a feel for how the game works, and indulge in the pounding techno music while you are at it.
