Ever since Nintendo broke out with its series of brain training games, puzzle games have gained major ground. Eidos Interactive joins in on the fun, announcing Brain Voyage, a puzzle game developed exclusively for the DS.

Players travel the world, visiting iconic cities in an attempt to solve ingenious conundrums. There are over 16 puzzle types each with five distinct varieties. A total of 80 puzzles ranging from easy to elaborate are present. There will be a total of 16 exotic cities to solve the puzzles in.

The game will feature a World Tour mode plus three random play modes, as well as support for Nintendo Wi-fi Connection. It will be released sometime this year.
