Bethesda in Europe

Hoping to take over the world, one step at a time, ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks, the studio behind classics such as Fallout and Elder Scrolls, has opened up shop in Europewith the establishment of ZeniMax Europe, its London-based subsidiary. It will allow them to publish titles in the region under the Bethesda Softworks brand.
The European branch will start its publishing gig with Fallout 3 this Fall and Rogue Warrior. “This is an important step for us as we look to expand our presence in markets outside of North America,” said Robert Altman, CEO of ZeniMax Media Inc. “We want to establish direct relationships with retailers and distributors throughout Europe and the UK as we bring exciting titles like Fallout 3 and Rogue Warrior to gamers worldwide.”
