Publisher CDV sends word that Stranger, the upcoming RTS/RPG hybrid from Fireglow Games, has gone gold. The game is set to begin haunting stores in North America starting March 3 and will put players in the role of a hero lost in a strange fantasy world filled with magic and monsters.

Stranger is said to feature a deep magic and enhancement system, as well as more than a hundred unique monster types to try them out on. Players can take control of three characters and participate in a single-player campaign lasting more than 30 hours. There will also be a multiplayer mode with support for up to eight players.
