Meta Gear Online Beta In April

With the announcement of the new 80 GB PS3 SKU, the red PSP pack, Sony also revealed details about Metal Gear Online, the online component to Metal Gear Solid 4. Metal Gear Online, which is a separate release from MGS4, will have a multiplayer beta in April for those who pre-order the game. MGS4 will have a “starter pack” (demo) of MGO, so players will have a chance to check it out before shedding out another $50 for the multiplayer part.
