Ubisoft Looking For More Game Licenses

Ubisoft is a bit worried about EA’s attempted acquisition of Take-Two, so much that they’re now looking to expand themselves, but not the same way EA is. Ubisoft is looking to acquire game licenses from other companies, instead of acquiring the companies themselves, which is always more complicated, and a lot more expensive, as one might expect.
Ubisoft hasn’t mentioned what particular licenses they’re looking for, nor did they mention any potential companies that might be interested in selling.
