God of War 3 “Coming Soon”

An ad in the instruction manual for God of War: Chains of Olympus, the action series’ first portable outing, officially reveals that God of War 3 is in fact in development and is “coming soon”. Unfortunately, no additional details were provided.
The game was first revealed by God of War 2 director Cory Barlog during the game’s launch party last Spring. It was confirmed after Barlog left SCEA in Fall. The third, and most probably final, game in the series is expected to be in development at SCE Santa Monica, the developers of the original and its sequel.
