Harmonix has revealed through the official Rock Band forum that next week’s downloadable content for Rock Band will feature six songs by legendary band the Grateful Dead. The pack will include “China Cat Sunflower”, “Casey Jones”, “Sugar Magnolia”, “Truckin”, “Franklin’s Tower” and “I Need a Miracle,” all of which are master recordings.

They will be available on Xbox Live on Tuesday and on the PlayStation Network on Thursday since it’s updated once a week. Each track will be priced at the usual $1.99 (160 MS points), with the whole bundle going for $9.99 (800 MS points).

More songs from the Grateful Dead are expected to be released for the game in the future.
