Quake Wars Console Versions Get Release Date

The console versions of Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, the class-based multiplayer shooter from id Software and Splash Damage, will hit Europe on May 30, according to a report by IGN. Both are based on the PC version that was released late last year.
While no North American date was revealed, several online retailers such as EB Games and Amazon are listing a May 27 release date for the region. Though retailer release dates often serve as placeholders, the close proximity to the European date lends some credibility.
Activision is yet to confirm the abovementioned dates.
