Hoping to smash on to the tennis scene again with the second sequel, Atari has announced that it will release Smash Court Tennis 3 for the Xbox 360 this June. Featuring the biggest names in tennis, including Maria Sharapova and Roger Federer, the game will feature enhanced visuals, gameplay enhancements and online play via Xbox Live, among other things.

The game will feature sixteen of the world’s best tennis players. Some of them include the aforementioned superstars, as well as Rafael Nadal, Martina Hingis, Andreas Seppi and Nicole Vaidisova. Each player will have his or her strengths and weaknesses that will come into play on the courts.

Players will be able to create their own players as well, with customization options that allow one to choose rackets, shoes, hairstyles, skin tone and clothing. Game modes include Tutorial, Arcade, Pro-Tour and Exhibition modes, alongside online tournaments, Xbox Live voice chat and rankings.
