Unfortunately, EA DICE’s upcoming Battlefield: Bad Company will not include the franchise’s Conquest multiplayer mode when it arrives June 23. However, fortunately for us gamers, this mode will be available as a free download after game’s release.

This was revealed by senior producer Karl-Magnus Troedsson, who, while speaking to HEXUS Gaming, noted that fan demand for the mode had caused the company to reconsider its inclusion in Bad Company. While he did not provide a release date for the download, the site notes that it will arrive “shortly” after the game is released this June.
