Ubi Looking to Acquire

With the gaming industry being consolidated into large entities, Ubisoft is preparing itself for some acquisitions, as the French publisher’s CEO has said in an interview that the company has 780 million Euros to make acquisitions.
Yves Guillemot, speaking to French business daily Les Echos, said that the company needs to focus on its external growth due to ongoing mergers in the sector, especially noting Activision-Blizzard, which is now North America’s largest publisher.
He would not comment on who they plan to acquire, and how they plan to integrate those companies into themselves.
