Video game crossovers aren’t too uncommon. Smash Bros. has always pulled characters in from all over the Nintendo universe. Soul Calibur has had some odd characters including Link and Yoda battling alongside the classic characters.

Now it seems we’re getting a rather odd (although totally understandable given the exclusivity of both titles involved) pairing. If you hadn’t figured it out from the screenshot, it seems that Master Chief’s armor will be making an appearance in Albion. There’s no official comment on this screenshot yet, but it originates on Lionhead fan website Loinhead. The rumor is that it’ll be part of the ‘additional in-game content’ featured on the collectors edition. Given that Fable II has replaced bows and crossbows with firearms, could we also expect some Halo-esque guns in the sequel?
