Along with the completely redesigned Xbox 360 dashboard, Microsoft also announced that they have partnered with Netflix to offer its subscribers to instantly stream movies and TV episodes from Netflix to the television via the Xbox 360. It will be available to Xbox Live Gold members who are also Netflix subscribers at no additional cost.

You will be able to add movies and TV episodes to your instant Queue from your computer, which will appear automatically on the TV via the Xbxo 360. Once selected, the movie will start streaming in as little as 30 seconds.

Additionally, Xbox Live gold members can browse and rate movies, fast-forward, pause and rewind, all using their Xbox 360 controller or remote.

The Netflix integration will launch this Fall alongside the dashboard update.
