E3 2008: No Fable 2 Demo

Following up on word that the single-player story of Fable 2 will be 12 hours long, word comes from Videogamer that no demo is planned for the action-RPG game due out this October.
Peter Molyneaux, speaking to the site, stated that he hated demos.
“What either happens, is you either make a demo that people think is too short or, you know, is too confusing,” he said. “There are a million reasons why they go wrong, very few reasons why they go right. What was the last great demo that you played and then went out and bought the game?”
As it stands, you’ll have to make do by purchasing the pub games on Xbox Live Arcade if you want to get a taste of the game before it’s released.
