Battle.net Being Overhauled

Blizzard’s online matchmaking portal and community for its games – Battle.net – is going to be overhauled ahead of the release of upcoming games Diablo 3 and StarCraft 2.
DIII.net has compiled a list of new features compiled from statements from Blizzard higher-ups. Some of the new expected features are now industry standards, including achievements, clan support, in-game chat and voice cheat, enhanced cheat detection, avatars and eSports support, among others.
The new Battle.net is expected to debut with next year’s release of StarCraft 2.
