Following up on word that Microsoft would offer storage solutions to owners of the Core and Arcade models of the Xbox 360, the company announced that they will start a Memory Upgrade program where they will offer Core owners free 512MB memory cards, or the option of buying a $20 20GB hard drive.

Arcade model owners can also purchase a package including three months of Xbox Live Gold membership and a 20GB hard drive for $30.

The New Xbox Experience, the cause of the memory upgrade program, will launch November 19.
