Ys Remake Coming to the Nintendo DS

Atlus has announced that Legacy of Ys: Book I & II will be released on the Nintendo DS. The game is a remake of the the first two games in the Ys series, Ys I: Ancient Ys Vanished and Ys II: Ancient Ys Vanished – The Final Chapter.
Ys will have remastered 3D graphics and a remixed musical score. Some other features include new game content, local multiplayer, and optional touch screen controls. The game will be released in the first quarter of next year. A new trailer can be viewed after the jump.
