Halo Wars definitely not coming to PC

While it’s been said before, it’s been made clear again, if Halo Wars lead developer Graeme Devine is to be believed that is.
Having recently spoke with him, Videogamer.com asked him about a possible PC port for the game with which he replied:
Zero. Never. I’m going to go on the record and say never ever! Microsoft may go and announce it, but I’ll say never.”
He then went on to explain that the game was developed from the get-go to be a console specific game and that he would rather start work on Halo Wars 2 than a PC port.
Then again, who’s to say a third-party company contracted by Microsoft couldn’t make the port? Oh wait, this is how rumors get started.
