7-Eleven Starts Selling Games

7-eleven_logo.gifConvenience store 7-Eleven is getting into the retail games business, as the company announced that it will begin selling seven games this holiday season following word that they will also sell pre-paid cards for a variety of online services.

Home to the famous Slurpee beverage, the chain store has already started selling a couple of high-profile titles, including Guitar Hero World Tour, Gears of War 2 and Fallout 3. They also promise to offer reservations and midnight sales of new releases.

Additionally, as noted before, the store will carry a wide selection of prepaid cards ranging from MMOs like World of Warcraft to Xbox Live Points and PlayStation Network cards.
