Chinatown Wars Gets Release Date
Few series have had quite the history of controversy as the Grand Theft Auto games and we’ve now got word as to when the next hotly discussed title will be coming out. Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the ambitious attempt to bring Liberty City of GTA IV to the Nintendo DS.
The title is described as a adding a ‘cartoon filter’ to the gunplay and open world action of the series which is being developed by the Leeds branch of Rockstar Games. The title will be released in the US on March 17th of 2008 and in Europe on the 20th. There are still a whole lot of questions about what the game will be like, but at the very least we know it’ll be just as controversial as the rest of the titles, given that public outcry has already surfaced over the title’s drug dealing minigame.
