Best Buy game software sales down

In contrast to GameStop’s successful financial reports, Best Buy’s game software revenues have been in the decline. In an issued statement, the electronic retailer had this to say:
“Video gaming comparable store sales declined by the mid single digits, primarily due to a shift toward software and reduced sales of large-ticket consoles, as well as comparisons with strong results in the prior year’s period.”
