Capcom announces pre-paid Visa cards

Joystiq has recently gotten word from Capcom that they are preparing to launch a line of game-branded Visa debit cards.
Entitled the Capcom Unity Card, this “rechargable” debit card will feature Capcom games like Resident Evil 5 and Street Fighter IV. Apparantly for every 1 dollar you put on the Unity Card you will get 5 Capcom Unity Points.
Capcom has things like raffles, contests, and other rewards to spend our Unity Points on in the works. The official website for the card is set to be www.capcom-unity-card.com but it has apparently not gone live yet, currently showing a blank page.
