BioShock 2 Details Leaked
Some details from the Game Informer BioShock 2 cover story has hit the Internet, offering scoops of juicy information for the willing.
The game will take place about seven years after the original and will put players in the role of private investigator Jack Abbott. He chases the Big Sister who has kidnapped his friend’s daughter and after a boat chase gone wrong, he wakes up in Rapture.
Apparently, Big Daddies won’t return and there will only be one Big Sister. Rapture is mostly flooded and there will be underwater missions. New plasmids will be present, including telepathy and slowing time down.
New enemies, including spliced dogs and robots will be there, the latter of which can be hacked. At some point, the Soviets will show up; they will be much smarter than other enemies and will try to steal Adam energy.
BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams is set to launch sometime between August and October this year on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
