TimeGate Settles With Paramount

Shacknews reports that developer TimeGate has settled the lawsuit against Paramount over the use of Section 8.
TimeGate is currently working on a game titled Section 8, and they allege that Paramount infringed on its trademark with an “interactive web series” using the same name.
The suit was dismissed after Paramount agreed not to use the title for its web series. TimeGate had also taken ABC to court over the same infringement a while back.
Section 8 is currently in development for PC and consoles for release later this year.
