Dreams of Joker fans everywhere have come true, you will in fact be able to play as The Joker in Batman: Arkham Asylum if you’re a PS3 owner, that is.

News comes to us from a seemingly released-ahead-of-time advertisement in Sony’s Playstation Home service, featured above. As you can see, you’ll be able to run through challenge maps as The Joker which are exclusive to the Playstation 3. If you don’t know, challenge maps are basically side maps which you can run through over and over in an attempt to get the fastest time.

This is all we have to go by at the moment, no release dates or pricing but, as always, we’ll keep you posted.

We’ve been hearing about the forthcoming Broken Steel DLC pack for Fallout 3 a lot lately with release dates, pricing, and screenshots galore. However, we haven’t seen some actual gameplay footage until now.

G4TV recently sat down with Bethesda’s Todd Howard to discuss the expansion’s contents. But who cares about that, right? Onto the footage!

Broken Steel will be released for Fallout 3 on May 5th, mark your calenders.

When we first learned about LEGO Rock Band’s existence earlier this month I’m sure the majority of you rolled your eyes at the announcement. Well guess what, you get to roll your eyes again!

Microsoft has recently listed the game giving us a whole slew of details. Other than being able to customize everything from your band and manager to a LEGO themed “rock den”, you’ll be able to “play killer riffs to destroy a giant robot, summon a storm, and demolish a skyscraper using the power of rock!”. WOOT!

Honestly though, it’s obvious that this game is being marketed towards kids considering the LEGO theme and addition of an easier difficulty setting (as if easy wasn’t easy enough?) for “budding musicians.

LEGO Rock Band is currently in development over at TT FUsion and will be released for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, and Nintendo DS later this year.

You thought that World of Warcraft was addicting enough in its current state? Try this on for size — It was recently announced that PopCap, creator of popular games like Bejeweled, has released an official Peggle add-on for Blizzard’s World of Warcraft.

Yep, you heard me right; Peggle in World of Warcraft, 2 of the arguably most addicting games combined into 1 convenient package.

You’ll apparently be able to face off in Peggle against other World of Warcraft players and use the outcome to determine who can claim loot drops. Don’t worry though, the regular game is there except the stages are based on locations from World of Warcraft.

You can snag the download here.

With Square Enix officially taking over Eidos yesterday, they released some sales numbers (and lots of other numbers too), boasting its reign in the video game business.

The publisher revealed that the Final Fantasy series has sold over 85 million games in the series’ lifetime, which began with Final Fantasy 1, released on the NES in 1987.

Square Enix also revealed that Dragon Quest lifetime sales have reached 50 million copies, the newly acquired Lara Croft series has sold 30 million in its lifetime, while the Hitman series have sales of 8 million units. Also, quite interestingly, the controversial Kane & Lynch: Dead Men game sold almost two million copies – despite all the negative press surrounding the game.
