It seems that a YouTube user with the rather original name allthenamesaretooken has went ahead and captured the entire Final Fantasy 13 demo on film, from start to finish. Great news for FF-heads, bad news for those who don’t like spoilers.

These videos do a great job showcasing the rather amazing cinematics Square Enix has put together for the game. Oh, there’s some gameplay too.

Parts 2 and 3 are included after the break.

If you thought that Nintendo would ship their Wii MotionPlus addon in a dainty little box, boy were you wrong.

As you can see above, Nintendo will ship the product nested in an updated version of the rubber sleeve. Those who share my distate in the rubber sleeves will be happy to hear that it will be easily removable.

However, this is probably great news for those of you prone to sending your Wiimotes hurtling at the TV as there will be no need to contact Nintendo for one of these sleeves. If you purchase the MotionPlus, that is.

Nintendo’s latest controller addon, the Wii MotionPlus, is quickly approaching its June release date. Other than a handful of titles, there aren’t many games announced that would support the new addon. So, it would only make sense to release updates for old games adding support, right?

If it’s up to Nintendo, which it is, this won’t be happening anytime soon. After GameDaily speculated that previously released games would be gaining MotionPlus support in the future, Nintendo responded with the following statement:

The Wii MotionPlus accessory is only for games that are designed to make use of its abilities

While they didn’t actually say that it won’t be happening, they sure did hint at it.

The guys over at Criterion Games sure are serious about Burnout Paradise, releasing a teaser trailer for yet another DLC pack slated for release.

This one’s called Cops and Robbers and, after viewing the trailer, one is led to believe that it will add a bunch of different patrol cars for players to use and outrun in a game mode similar to ones featured in previous Burnout games.

Other than the above teaser, there isn’t much information regarding the Cops and Robbers DLC pack, not even a release date or price range.

It seems that Duke Nukem is taking Forever is getting closer and closer to completetion. George Broussard, a member of the development team over at 3D Realms, has recently revealed via Twitter that the team has surpassed a milestone this week:

Closing out a milestone this week. 71 more tasks to do and we started with probably 800-900. Been a good push. Next one starts Monday.

71 more to go, huh? Well let’s see, the game was announced in April of 1997 which means it has been in development for about 12 years now. If we go by what Mr. Bourssard is saying by starting off with 800-900 tasks, we can calculate that the team has completed about 70 tasks per year. So, if they keep it up, we might actually be seeing Duke Nukem Forever hit shelves sometime within the next 2 years. Then again, probably not.
