If you plan on getting NBA 2K10 this year (or, this season), you should take a loot at the “10th anniversary edition”, which not only includes the game, but also a Kobe Bryant figurine and poster, exclusive in game access to the “Gold Room” VIP lobby in online multiplayer.
Oh, and it also includes a locker (!) that can store 20 games. The 10th anniversary edition will retail for $99, which is pretty fair, considering in includes a locker for your games.
