Ghostbusters cost a lot, sequel possible

Reports recently circulating the web have revealed that Ghostbusters: The Video Game cost between $15-20 million to produce. This may seem like a lot, but the game was well received and went on to sell over 1 million copies.
This success of the game has apparantly led to talks about a third movie being produced. If this happens, Terminal Reality‘s Mark Randel was quoted to have said that he and his company would be interested in handling the development of the follow-up title.
Here’s to hoping that the Ghostbusters franchise lives on!
