While Microsoft is evidently having a hard time implementing Project Natal into pre-Natal titles, Sony is hard at work showing off just how well the Playstation Motion Controller works with older titles. What you see above is a video from this year’s Tokyo Game Show that features a modified version of Resident Evil 5 being played with the said motion controller. As you can see, the person playing the game is holding both a regular PS3 controller in addition to a Playstation Motion Controller wand. There’s no telling if this is actually how games will be played when the new controller ships or if it was just used for demonstration purposes.

What’s even better is this version of Resident Evil 5 will actually be made available for purchase as the game’s Director’s Cut in Spring of 2010.
