Far Cry 3 won’t be set in Africa

Far Cry was originally set on a tropical island, Far Cry 2 in Africa, and it now seems that Far Cry 3 will be somewhere entirely different. According to IncGamers, a source from the development team of Far Cry 3 has revealed that they’re still pretty early in development and that they’re not sure where it’ll be set. However, the source noted “I’m pretty sure that it won’t be in Africa”. South America, anyone? Antarctica?
