Apple unveils the iPad

Apple today unveiled the iPad, a touchscreen tablet which will set the standard for tablets for years to come. But other than that, it’s supports all iPhone apps and games, meaning the tablet can be used to play all the games released on the iPhone, either in native resolution, or upscaled. Also, the company released a new SDK which will give game-makers even more resources to work on titles for the new device. Prices range from $500 and up.
